I don't believe the cache is working I am afraid, the log lines
(examples in my last post):
log.WriteLine("Select Expression build: {0}ms", expressionBuildTime);
log.WriteLine("Select SQL build: {0}ms", sqlBuildTime);
are only reached if the query is not found in the cache.
