At this point, the problems are algorithmic in nature (e.g. not finding
the configuration file) or setup oriented (e.g. there isn't a SQL Server
database to connect to, and it needs to be installed/configured/etc.).
I fail to see how additional software will help with either of these
(though it may help with the latter, it still won't remove the need to
configure something...configuration which I currently don't know about,
and will likely botch up once I do know about it).

Plus, if we want additional contributors, we should allow our software
to be used without a monetary outlay.  Fortunately, Sqlite + Express
permit this, but I believe it would be beneficial that we ensure that
this setup actually works (which thus implies that someone regularly
test it...).
