I've added some documentation for the unit tests at:

The most important part of this page, in my mind, is the Configuration
section, detailing the steps needed to configure a database for use by
the NUnit tests. Sadly, I only know how to configure SQL Server (having
just figured it out).
Could some kind souls provide the necessary steps for the other
supported database vendors? :-)
