1) yes they are generated by dbmetal for any supported dbms
2) AKAIK no, but it would be a good feature to implement... take a look to
the dbmetal code.
3 and 4) I do not know
5) AFAIK yes

Let us know if you would be interessed in implementing such a dbmetal
feature...
