Your patches look nice, and I would love for you to commit them. Do you have a Google Account? Because I'm not interested in "self-hosting" (too much domain administration), and the choice to use Google Code was made before I joined the project. That said, Google Code doesn't currently support git, so moving to git isn't an option at this time (sadly, as I prefer git).
