My guess is that DbMetal is somehow crashing, and wants to load a
debugger, and the debugger can't find debug symbols for .NET's
System.Data.Linq.dll, and thus complains.

It would be useful to see what command line you're using, and any output
on the command line after your command finishes (e.g. error messages,
etc.).
