This will in no way replace the existing infrastructure (because I'm
lazy and don't want to work that hard ;-).  It's basically a "cheap" way
to add DbMetal support for Microsoft SQL Server w/o needing to write yet
another set of DB-specific SQL.

That, and DbMetal's MapDbType is *really* pissing me off. ;-)
