Hi,
I found my system quite unuseable because it was extremly slow. A imapd
process seems to do database queries in an endless loop (top output):
<snip>
Anyone every seen that before?
Yes - I've been seeing exactly this problem with both -imapd and -pop3d
for as long as I can remember. It's not a frequent problem and doesn't
hurt our performance too badly, so I haven't dug deeper into figuring
out why it happens. I just kill -9 the offending process and get on
with something else :)
I was hoping that this was a known and fixed bug in the 1.2 tree (I'm
running 1.2.6) -- can anyone else confirm that this does or does not
occur under 2.0?
Cheers,
