Some more info:
Mozilla Thunderbird sends its mailsize as {mailsize+} instead of {mailsize}
e.g.:
Jun 28 15:02:30 test01 dbmail/imap4d[20732]: COMMAND: [2 append "INBOX"
(\Seen) {2363+}]
Changing build_args_array_ext() in imaputil.c to just disregard the '+'
makes things work. However, we'll have to make sure this will always work.
