Hmm, you might be right about that one. This might just be it.

I'll have a go at it.

When I first noticed the incorrect timezone and the use of tm_gmtoffset, I thought exactly the same thing and applied just that change. It didn't help..

I'll check out 1.2-CVS later today and see if that code produces correct timezones, rather than my (by now hacked-on) 1.2.9.
