I think you also forgot performance enhancements. The physmessages
table makes a big difference.

executables are now in /usr/local/sbin
man pages are now in section 8, except for the manpage of dbmail-smtp
I added a file called UPGRADING to dbmail_2_0_branch, describing the
upgrade from 1.2 to 2.0.
