Yes and via imap.
Old messages delivered via old version dbmail show correctly via pop3
and imap4.
Only new messages delivered via new version dbmail show incorrectly.

More a platform/compiler issue than an oracle issue.
I've moved some variable declarations to the start of those
functions. My gcc doesn't choke on those even in pedantic mode.
