Summary: dbmail-users -d leaves stale data in dbmail_aliases
Description:
When a user is deleted using "dbmail-users -d username" any aliases that
user had in dbmail_aliases are left. Cleaning up the database using
"dbmail-util -c -t -u -r -p -d" does not remove these stale aliases.

So we should attack this from both angles. dbmail-util should have a mode
to clean this up and dbmail-users should be clean in the first place. Any
volunteers?
