Hi everybody, I'm new to this list, but I'm goning to use this mail system.
I joined to the dev list, because I found some possible enchangements, and bugs. So a little about me: I'm 30 Years old, living in Hungary and working in IT, hardware and software both. I have learned it by myself, but I still learning at the University in Transport Engeneering.( I will finish next summer). I install/administrate some linux servers, but only Suse.( First server was Slackware in 96). I have started learning programing in ZX Spectrum BASIC, then PASCAL and then DELPHI. I have good skills in Delphi (I have taught it also). I nowadays start learning php, for make an administative frontend to my Webhosting server. I'm not familliar with C, and I have not found an ebook about linux programming in C, only Win but by win I stay by delphi (If anybody could mail me one, thanks, and ebook or howto about write deamons, TCP/IP connections...). But I'm quite good in the logical part, so at most I can find the problems, independ witch language. But I use install and forget systems, and I want to use this system.(for years, only update) I have looked at the source, and I have to change some code for use by me, so I can give some enchangement, but I cannot made patch files, and at most I can only puzzle with C. I have only somedays time, so I can only work on it somedays. Direct emails should be sended to udo at udo dot hu, that my personaly email address, I have made 2 other email addresses for getting the email lists. Some questions: Can somebody mail me the program plan or program flow? Can somebody lector my codes? Should I mail the codes to the mail list, or to who? Who is the cordinator?
