So last week we discussed more about the Deliver-To header, and I believe
that we came to a few conclusions:

-- The current behaviour makes sense for those dealing with a funky MTA's
that don't know how to do envelope senders.

-- Auto_reply should not be using a hard-coded version of this thing.

-- The default should definitely be configurable in dbmail.conf.

-- The default header that is scanned by dbmail-smtp should probably be
Deliver*ed*-To, which is more of a de-facto standard, but...

-- It's been Deliver-To since 0.0.forever, so we cannot change it in
2.0.1.

So, I'd like to ask that Ilja remove the ED from Delivered-To from 2.0.1,
and for 2.0.2, we'll add in configurability and suggest someplace in the
README that either... normal people should change the default in
dbmail.conf to the more sensible Delivered-To: OR change the default, but
give clear notice in an UPGRADE file or somesuch that the default has
changed and current users of this mechanism should change dbmail.conf to
reflect the old ways.
