Pauls suggestion using NCHILDREN=1 helped a lot concerning memory
usage on my limited box. Thanks a lot, Paul.

I ended up tweaking the values to:
NCHILDREN=4
MAXCHILDREN=6
MAXCONNECTS=2
TIMEOUT=60

which resulted in fairly low memory usage on that box and nonetheless
a pretty good throughput of messages upon stress testing.

As the work since 2.0.0 speeds up dbmail (especially imapd) by numbers,
releasing 2.0.1 seems to be the right thing (tm) - at least for me.
