The configure script should maybe be fixed to run with --prefix=/usr *or* there should be a notification in the installation docs to add /usr/local/lib to your /etc/ld.so.conf and rerun ldconfig

Summary: libdbmail.0.* installation path not acnowledged
Description: Don't know if I'm missing something, but the installation scripts copied
the libdbmail.0.* files to /usr/local/lib/ on my system, where
dbmail-users does not appear to find them. Running:

ln -s /usr/local/lib/libdbmail.0 /usr/lib/libdbmail.0
ln -s /usr/local/lib/libdbmail.0.0.0 /usr/lib/libdbmail.0.0.0
everything works smoothly.

Has anybody experienced this same problem? If dbmail binaries (-users,
AFAIK) assume libs are placed in /usr/lib/, why are they copied to a
different dir?
