I've added unit-testing support to cvs-head.
If you install check (http://check.sourceforge.net) you can use:
./configure --with-check --with-mysql
make check
which will build and run some initial unit-tests I've setup in
check_dbmail_imapd.c
The location for the tests will probably change to ./tests/ and the number of tests will be greatly expanded
as I work on the code.
I expect this will increase the qualitity of code refactorings significantly helping us all to weed out the
bugs, and keep them out!
So Aaron, Ilja, and others: please add testcases for all functions you work on.
