Some useful attributes for dbmail-dump:
-d <at-style timespec> : specify atjob style date range, i.e.
'before two weeks ago'. Repeatable.
-x : delete after export
-u <username> : export for specified user. repeatable.
-g <groupid> : export for specified groupid. repeatable.
-o <output-dir> : directory for mbox output.
-a : append to existing mbox files.
-r : recursive.
-m <mailbox> : mailbox we want to export. repeatable.
The reasoning for esp. the first two is: enable pruning of the active mailstorage, while keeping backups of
old email.

Summary: Import and export utilities
Description:
From the TODO list, so that I keep this in mind:
- Rather than always deleting messages after delivery, make
it part of dbmail-util to clean out the special delivery user.
- Import and export users and mailboxes to mbox format.
- Combine the above two to allow for logging of all incoming messages
(e.g. USA banks are required to archive all email by law).
