Summary: dbmail-util produces too many updates to fix
is_header fields
Description:
It snapped back into my mind this morning, Paul complained that I was using
one query per row, when instead I could use IN(rows...) and use one query
per several dozen rows. I'll be sure to get this into 2.0.3, although
it'll be mostly moot by then.
