OK. 

Let't first do some tests.

I've done a migration of the DBMail CVS tree to Subversion. The
Subversion tree is located at https://svn.ic-s.nl/svn/dbmail/
>From there, it follows the standard subversion layout, TRUNK in
trunk/, tags in tags/ and branches in branches/
I've also given Paul and Aaron write access. Guys, can you check if
you can check in stuff.
So, that's for testing.

Now.. How long do we want the sunrise period to be. I reckon it
shouldn't be too long, because we don't want you (Paul & Aaron) to
have to keep two repositories up-to-date for too long. I think it's
best if you can come up with a time span. I was thinking about
something like 2 weeks-1 month.
