So I know this comes up now and then.

I was hoping to peak some new interest in using GUID's in
place of the incrementing unique_id's in the current code
base.

This would be the key to non-colliding id's for a
loadbalanced/failover system on a master-master mysql.

If this doesn't fit into the current priorities, I'd love
to see it find a place in the dbmail development schedule
for the future...  2.2 , 2.3 .. 3.0? ;)
