Welcome back, Paul! Hope you had a great vacation. I closed a couple of bugs on HEAD while you were out. Please take a look over things. One bug that's still open is checking the PostgreSQL server version. The docs I read gave a function that apparently doesn't exist in 7.4 :-\ Other than that, we should probably do a 2.1.2 once you've gone over the bugs to keep the pace up and get some of the fixes out before moving into more uncharted territory.
