[Dbmail-dev] suggestion to dev branch name...

It appears this will be a problem that's not going away. New dbmail 
users tend to install 2.1 first because they didn't know it's a highly 
evolving dev branch. The distinction is not very clear and could deter 
future adoption if new users encounter what is basically growing pains 
of the 2.1 tree.

Proposed changes:

1) Download page:

prepend (STABLE) to 2.0 series dl list header.
prepend (UNSTABLE) to 2.1 series dl list header.

2) Homepage/News, do the same as 1. Insert STABLE or UNSTABLE to article 
header depending on which package is referenced.
