Kevin Baker's request for MD5-Base64 passwords should have been really
easy to implement. Because we actually had two Base64 implementations
and some really ugly code wrapping the MD5 implementation, it was really
hard. The MD5 and Base64 code is now significantly simplified in SVN.
I added a check suite for the password encryption types to prove it.

Changes were made to Makefile.am and dbmail.h.in, so an autoreconf needs
to be issued against SVN trunk. (I forgot who, but someone asked that
these changes be pinged against the list. Autoreconf-ping! :-)

The test for dbmail_imap_session_handle_auth (which calls a function
that I modified for the new base64, dbmail_imap_session_prompt) is
failing its test in 2.1.6, so I am not sure that I didn't break
dbmail_imap_session_prompt... Under what circumstances is that function
called?
