Summary: Destination mailbox from commandline is overridden
by Sieve script
Description:
Calling dbmail-smtp -u user -m mailbox does not stop the normal delivery
chain from calling up a Sieve script and doing something else with the
message. I believe that it makes more sense that if a mailbox is specified
on the command line that it overrides whatever Sieve script might be
present. I am not sure if this makes sense or not. Need to think about it
some more.

Better yet, there ought to be a new command line option to not run a Sieve
script -- basically, some option to always force a normal delivery. This
probably makes the most sense.
