Summary: Sieve script is not read.
Description:
I am using postgresql.
'%' is used when sieve script name is empty.
The comparison at this time should use 'LIKE'.
It is the 561st line of db.c.

I just put in two queries and an if block. Tossing the % wildcard around
wasn't making me happy anyways.
