Except that init.d script seems to have stopped working, this looks
fixed.
Maybe a goal for 2.3 can be optimizing queries? I still get 10%
postgress cpu-use for our merely 10.000 users (pop and lmtp).
If dbmail wants to get into bigger installer it really has to start
optimizing. Even considering database partitioning.
