That's odd at least.
I don't want to install ldapt and sqllite dependancy because I need
dbmail.
I've changed dbmail.install manually, to also reflect my choice, now
it builds fine.

The debian packages build process was modified at the request of the
debian ftp-masters and sponsors involved. The base dbmail package
includes ldap, sieve and sqlite support, rather than stuffing those
tiny
modules in separate packages. This is reflected in the packaging
setup.
