Hi,
I'm trying to write a MacPorts port for DBMail, and I'm getting
exactly the same problem reported in #0000453 of libtool having an
internal link edit error after multiple definitions of __db_params.
The ticket doesn't say which version of Mac OS X it was filed against
or exactly which revision of DBMail was used, but I've had the
problem on the following:
OS: Mac OS X 10.4.9
Architecture: Intel Mac (Macbook Pro Core Duo)
DBMail version: 2.2.4
The ticket is currently marked as closed due to not being able to be
reproduced, but I've certainly got it; I think it would be worth
hearing from any other people who have tried to build DBMail on a Mac
to see what their results have been like.

(P.S. I also had the same bug as fixed in #0000554, which I'd fixed
by patching Makefile.in and modules/Makefile.in; the alternative
patch that was submitted to close #0000554 seems to do the same thing
more elegantly.)
