I was just thinking about this, and realized that setting the \Deleted
IMAP flag might not actually be the right thing to do in dbmail-export.
Maybe it should be setting the internal deletion to status = 2, which is
one step after \Deleted and one step before purge.

Additionally, \Deleted is transparent to POP3 users, as dbmail-pop3d
only looks at the status column.

Thoughts?
