Sorry, no. That fix required the addition of a field to the mailboxes
table (mtime), and a set of rules/trigger to update it.

Until we have a reliable framework for automigrations, schema changes
are no-go during a stable series.

Until then, you can either disable IDLE by tweaking the capability
string, or lessen it's impact by tuning the idle_timeout config key.
