Sorry about that. A late in the game valgrind bugsquash run introduced a
regression. It affects all message-insertions (imap-append, dbmail-smtp,
dbmail-lmtpd).

Eating my own dogfood this also affected my own message reception cause
dbmail-smtp is also affected. Hence the late response.

Please revert to 2.2.6-rc2. (I have).

I'll release a fixed version asap.
