Summary: dbmail-export: bogus date in "From_" lines
Description:
In mbox format files generated by dbmail-export, "From_" lines always have
the same timestamp "Tue Oct 11 13:06:24 2005".
Didn't look at the source yet... it seems it uses a constant instead of
the value of dbmail_physmessage.internal_date.
I run dbmail with postgresql 8.1, if that matters.

The uploaded patch "dbmail_message_c.patch" fixed the problem for me.
