You've send your question to the dbmail-dev[elopment] list.
Can you please use the main list for questions.
if you want to put procmail in between (can't think about much reason
why a normal user shouldn't use sieve instead), you have to go with
dbmail-smtp. dbmail-lmtp is a daemon, which starts listening on a
socket at port 24 (default).
You have to point postfix to procmail, and procmail to dbmail-smtp.
