The description was stripped at the german Umlaut. It should read:

A user sets his password to "<text containing a german umlaut>", and
cannot login afterwards. Authentication at POP always fails.

There were examples in "Steps To Reproduce" and "Additional Information"
but they are also cut at the first Umlaut.
