yeah, that's right - the manuals say that the behaviour is different...

however, I made a look at the sources of dbmail-smtp (2.2.current) and
dbmail-deliver (2.3.current) and in both branches the source code that
handles these options is same for both -d and -u... *exactly* same... No
different flags are set, no different parameters passed to the functions. So
I just wonder how can the utility perform different delivery actions when
used with these 2 options...
