Summary: POP3 daemon handles TOP command incorrect
Description:
When issueing a TOP command to the POP3 daemon it handles the 2nd argument
(number of lines) incorrect. TOP should always give the complete header
and the number of lines specified by the argument from the body. Also if
the number of lines is bigger than the actual number of lines (in the
current situation including the header) only the first line but not
complete is given.

Yep. TOP in 2.3 is broken it seems. Clearly a regression.
