Summary: dbmail-util cannot delete lost read-only mailboxes
Description:
The dbmail-util cannot delete lost mailboxes with the read-only permission
set.
That's because the db_delete_mailbox() function always perworm check for
mailbox read-write permission.
In addition, the dbmail-user cannot drain completely a users' mailbox for
the same reason if it contains a read-only folder.
