Grab the source RPM for both and rebuild using the newer code.

autoconf you should remove autoconf-2.59-intrinsic.patch and 
autoconf-2.59-lock.patch patches.

glib2 you should remove glib2-CVE-2008-4316.patch patch and you'll have to 
update the libdir patch.
