Paul, I think there's a problem with messages without headers, and may exist something that is generating them.
First: Yesterday I had no problematic messages when running "dbmail-util -b", not I have 49. Going to fix them by running dbmail-util -by, and will check again in the end of the day/tomorrow. And something that is related for sure, in SquirrelMail, I have messages without headers, check the attach picture. Messages are not viewable either in msoutlook 2007 or RoundCube.
