Prior to moving to post 2.3.6 git head, what version were you running? What upgrade sql scripts did you run? Did you run the latest 2.3.5-2.3.6 upgrade script? It is different than previous 2.3.5-2.3.6 in pre-2.3.6 git head Version of gmime? Way to duplicate problem? smtpd or lmtpd delivery or imap append - include 511 logs of message insertion if that is the problem?
