The following issue has been CLOSED ====================================================================== http://dbmail.org/mantis/view.php?id=733 ====================================================================== Reported By: m2000 Assigned To: ====================================================================== Project: DBMail Issue ID: 733 Category: IMAP daemon Reproducibility: random Severity: minor Priority: normal Status: closed target: Resolution: open Fixed in Version: ====================================================================== Date Submitted: 10-Nov-08 21:38 CET Last Modified: 29-Jul-09 07:47 CEST ====================================================================== Summary: Outlook moving message sometimes results with "Invalid message range" Description: Hitting 'Send/Receive' does not fix the problem. Rebooting client does appear to temporarily fix it (but this suggests that it's a problem with Outlook's cache).
I suspect this may be related to UID/UIDPLUS. This is a problem that my CFO is having, and as such it is considered high-priority by my company. ====================================================================== ---------------------------------------------------------------------- (0002627) paul (administrator) - 11-Nov-08 08:55 http://dbmail.org/mantis/view.php?id=733#c2627 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Without logs there is nothing anyone can do. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- (0002631) m2000 (reporter) - 20-Nov-08 00:55 http://dbmail.org/mantis/view.php?id=733#c2631 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Unfortunately [or perhaps fortunately], the user who was having this problem has left the company. That and he didn't know how to reproduce it on demand. Maybe this bug can be reopened later. For the record, it was Outlook 2007, unknown how many updates were applied. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- (0002878) netvulture (developer) - 29-Jul-09 07:47 http://dbmail.org/mantis/view.php?id=733#c2878 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- User was unable to reproduce or provide logs. I have a feeling it was related to the maximum length of a command that was fixed some time ago. Closing ticket.
