Most of the logs go to /var/log/maillog... I think you might be checking
only /var/log/messages. Try checking there for more clues to why it is not
relaying mail if you have not already.

Postfix problems,
On solaris 8, I installed postfix and tested without modifying the
configuration files. It relays no problem. I do the modifications in the
dbmail INSTALL file and postfix will not relay, will not forward to the
local domain.
I changed the debugs to 5 on smtp in the dbmail.conf file. Nothing is
coming through on the syslog.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
