the default library settings don't work for you obviously; try running
build.sh and change the library settings to use cryptlib and zlib:
The libraries are currently set to [-lmysqlclient -lcrypto].
Enter new libraries (preceed each by -l) or press RETURN to keep this
setting:
-lmysqlclient -lcrypt -lz
