Hello,

  dbmail doesn't have its own mail queue, it just sends via
your local sendmail binary, so to check it you use whatever your
mta provides, often a "mailq" command.

  We use quotas in dbmail, an notifications get send properly
when you go over, so it's probably something to do your sendmail
program.  Check the config file to make sure it points to the right
binary.
