I am not shure this is an issue with dbmail.
If you want to forward all mail to [EMAIL PROTECTED] to both [EMAIL PROTECTED] and [EMAIL PROTECTED], then
the easiest way is to define an alias entry, add the line
a: a, [EMAIL PROTECTED]
to your /etc/aliases file for the server serving the b domain.
If you want to forward a single mail, my opinion is that the
problem resides within the mail client.
I beleive outlook forwards the complete mail, but
Mozilla/Netscape strips the attachments
