This is a FAQ.

You can handle filtering of email through procmail filters. Drawbacks: your users need shell accounts, mailboxes have to exist beforehand, and there are as of yet no commandline tools to create mailboxes. There have been floating around some patches for auto_creation of mailboxes, but they never made it into CVS.

However: in dbmail-2 there will be libsieve support. This will allow you to store filter-scripts in an sql-table. Kudos to Aaron Stone for this one.

Hey Dbmail users.....

I have been using Dbmail and its great, easy to setup, i had a little
problems, but they were solved with some help.

I wonder if there is a plugin or some other stuff that can move mails to
a specific folder if the sender og reciver match a rule that the users
sefl have set up, I know that there are a function in outlook for this,
but then when I use the webmail, it aint active... Only when I logon
again with outlook...

I'm using IMAP to get mails, hope there are someone that have made a
plugin or something to sort mails, cause that could really be nice....

Hope to hear from you guys....
