I may have made my preference well known before, but I much prefer
better integration with the MTA so that the MTA-of-choice produces the
bounces, instead of DBMail.

One of the first things I did when I installed 1.0 was rewrite the
injector to use Sendmail exit codes (fatal or temporary depending on
the situation) instead of attempting its own bounce message.  I still
use this customization.

I read earlier that there is an LMTP patch out, if this is not yet in
DBMail CVS then I'd like it to be! :)

One thing that could still be done: allowing custom message to be
supplied along with error codes (for LMTP delivery error codes).  But
this is a slight extravagance that most other MDAs don't do, and would
be more of an i18n bonus.
