Youch. Given that the messageblks ID field is a big integer (bigint),
that's rather hard to do even on a busy mail server.
However, I noticed the field (in my copy) is a signed bigint, so
switching it to unsigned will double the useful length of it as an
auto_increment'ed column. You can try this statement do that:
ALTER TABLE messageblks CHANGE messageblk_idnr messageblk_idnr BIGINT UNSIGNED
NOT NULL auto_increment;
I've tested this and it appears to work, or at least it didn't stop
dbmail from malfunctioning immediately. However, do the smart thing
and keep backups before using. Refrain from feeding it to your dog,
using it as investment advice, etc.
